Every Day in the Life

I made this announcement on social media last week without thinking to mention it here. I also just went back and read my last post and smacked myself for the near mirror statement I made 8 months ago. lol. I don’t regret that I continued making different items to attempt to sell or spending time on. If you don’t try something, you’ll never know. How true that is.

This past year has been a whirlwind. I have learned so much doing all these shows. I spent so much time and money making stuff that I thought would be profitable. Turns out, what people asked for most was portraits of their favorite shows and movies. All I could say was that it was on my very long list and I'd eventually get to it. Unfortunately, everything else got in the way and I barely got any new paintings done.

I love doing portraits. I love movies. Instead of all that filler wasting my time, I've decided to go back to square one. Time to start chipping away at that list. I'll also be finally getting my website fully updated with available prints. I will also continue making the bookmarks, magnets, and mugs featuring my portraits, as well as getting back to LIVE painting and wip videos.

This is where you come in. My list isn't endless, and I am always adding to it. Tell me what you'd like me to paint. I’m planning on at least 1-2 new pieces per week, so bring me all of your suggestions. In the mean time, I’ll be playing in the studio watching cheesy 80’s movies, :)
